The 10th Annual Conference of the Arkansas Bioinformatics Consortium (AR-BIC) was held on February 26 and 27, 2024 in Little Rock, Arkansas. This conference gathered more than 200 scientists and trainees with diverse scientific interests discussing current research works and future perspectives of real-world impact of AI. The conference intensively discussed how AI is reshaping scientific research, influencing regulatory decision-making, and driving meaningful changes in public health and beyond.
The research topic is designed as the conference proceedings to collect papers from participants of this conference and highlight some scientific efforts of AR-BIC to promote public health by integrating AI with bioinformatics.
This research topic collects all types of papers, including mini review, full review, and research articles from all participants of the 10th Annual Conference of the Arkansas Bioinformatics Consortium (AR-BIC). Manuscripts of any content discussed in the conference are welcome. This issue will be a closed issue open only to those who have been invited.
